ADHD Testing for Adults in Denver & Nationwide Telehealth

Understanding the Patterns Behind Your Focus and Organization

An evaluation that helps explain long-standing attention patterns and identify practical next steps

When Everyday Tasks Take More Effort Than They Should

Many adults start thinking about testing after noticing patterns that have been there for a long time.

You might have trouble staying focused on tasks, especially when something takes sustained attention. Deadlines may slip by even when you meant to stay on top of them. Finishing projects can take more effort than it seems to for other people.

You may know you’re capable, but everyday responsibilities still feel harder to manage than they should.

For some people, these patterns have been around since childhood but were never clearly explained.

ADHD testing can help bring some clarity to what may be going on and help you understand how your brain works so you can find strategies that actually help.

Signs ADHD Testing May Be Helpful

Many adults who come in for testing have already found ways to cope. You may have systems that help you get through the day. But even with those strategies, it can still feel like something underneath hasn’t been fully explained.

My Approach to ADHD Evaluations

Children with ADHD are often described in terms of their challenges, but they also have important strengths.

My approach focuses on understanding how a child’s brain processes information, manages attention, and responds to stress.

Rather than looking only at symptoms, the evaluation explores the child’s broader developmental profile.

At the end of the process, families receive:

Telehealth ADHD Testing Across PSYPACT States

If you live outside Colorado, you may still be able to complete an ADHD evaluation through telehealth.

In addition to in-person evaluations in Denver and Parker, I offer telehealth ADHD testing for adults who live in participating PSYPACT states. This allows you to go through the evaluation process without needing to travel.

Telehealth evaluations include structured conversations, standardized assessments, and a feedback session where we review the results together and talk about possible next steps. All appointments are conducted through secure video sessions.

How We Begin

Begin with a Consultation

We start with a conversation about your child. You’ll share your concerns, your child’s history, and the challenges you’ve been noticing at home or at school. This helps clarify the goals for the evaluation and the questions you’re hoping to answer.

Complete the Evaluation

Your child participates in testing sessions that look at attention, impulse control, learning, and executive functioning. The process is structured but supportive, with activities paced thoughtfully so children can stay engaged and show their strengths.

Review Results and Next Steps

After scoring and interpretation, we meet for a feedback session to review results, discuss recommendations, and answer questions.
